TAX CHARGES
Import Duty & Taxes
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Items will be described + photographed as true as possible. Vintage goods + Antique general pre-owned items will show signs of use + age over time. Antiques can also come odours due to age. However do contact us via email for more of an explanation of the items via e-mail before purchase.

PRICES
We reserve the right to amend any prices shown on the website or on the showroom floor without prior notice.

RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to return your item within 7 working days from the day after you receive it. Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging. Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 7 working days by an email notification.

Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.

Vintage stockroom is not responsible for the cost of return. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.

Once the item has been returned to us you will receive a full refund minus any delivery charges incurred. we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. Although we'll process your refund as soon as we can, please allow up to 14 working days for us to communicate receipt & refund of the goods.

PLEASE NOTE:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We are sadly unable to offer refunds on the following items:

Unwanted items returned after 28 days.
Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 3 days of delivery

If using your own courier please ensure you have adequate insurance as we cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage caused when it leaves our premises. If you require any packaging for your own courier we do charge for the materials used.

Shop Purchases – the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the same condition as it left us. The refund will be issued upon return arrival.

If you cancel your purchase within the 28 days before delivery a full refund will be issued excluding a 10% administration fee.

SHIPPING:
You the customer are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

COURIER:
If using your own courier please ensure you have adequate insurance as we cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage caused when it leaves our premises. If you require any packaging for your own courier we do charge for the materials used.

PLEASE NOTE:
These items are antique and character marks can be seen due to the age. Items are purchased as seen on the photographs. Antiques can also come with odours due to age. Whilst we make every endeavour to point out if there is any serious damage, restorations. we cannot cover every eventuality so if you have any questions please contact Vintage Stockroom via e-mail before purchase.

REMITTANCE TERMS + CONDITIONS
A full Payment is required for any order at the price as described on our website at the time of your order. In the event of any delay or refusal of payment we will immediately suspend the order and will have no obligation to fulfil your order.
